Finding and Running Reports 

Worker Management has a list of useful reports available to help you manage Suppliers, Connections, Workers, and Requirements. Here’s how to find and run reports in your Worker Management account: 
  1. Click Reports
  2. Search and select the desired report.

  1. Set the desired filters / criteria before running your report.
    • Options vary by report but can include (when applicable):
      • Date
      • Sites
      • Company
      • Requirements
      • Workers
      • Custom fields such as ID numbers, Worker details (such as address, emergency contact, and so on), . 
        • Based on company settings, Suppliers may see both their own company's custom fields as well as any custom fields for sites their company is connected with.

  1. To run the report, choose the desired output for your report: 
    • Screen 
    • Export 
    • Email 
  2. Depending on the selected output, optional fields and options, the results display differently. If Screen is selected, you will have more options to view certificates and worker documents. 

 

Available Reports

The following is a list of useful reports available in Worker Management, along with who has access to this report (Clients, Suppliers, or both).

Adoption Report for Client		Clients 
Shows all Supplier connections, their connection status, total Worker count, along with how many Supplier Workers are compliant, conditionally compliant, and non-compliant.
 
All Variance List Clients 
Shows all variances, not just red variances. Clients can filter by Site, variance status, Compliance status, and date range. 
 
Configured Requirements Suppliers 
Shows all requirements associated with a Client company and sites.
 
My Worker ListClients and Suppliers 
Identifies all Workers with the sites they are connected to, as well as their Avetta ID, the user who added them, anyone who last modified their account details, their last log in date, and their compliance status. 
 
Reminder Report Clients and Suppliers 
Shows details around upcoming or past due requirements for Workers. The report includes requirement due dates, days until the requirement is due (for requirements due within 90 days), associated sites, and worker details.  
 
Requirement History for a Worker: 
  1. by Detail or Summary 
  2. by open or set date ranges 
Clients and Suppliers Shows completed requirements for Worker(s). 

Requirements Needed by a Worker 		Clients and Suppliers Shows outstanding Worker requirements.   
Requirements Needed by a Worker with Worker Profile Information Clients and Suppliers 
Allows you to select 1-2 requirements, along with one or many Workers so you can view their requirements along with some of their worker profile information. 
 

Requirements a Worker Needs to Qualify for a Role / Site 		Suppliers Compares completed Worker requirements against a specific set of requirements.  
Roles/Sites a Worker is Qualified for Suppliers 
Shows if a Worker is qualified to work at another site or in another role. 
 
Site / Supplier / Worker -- Overall Status Clients

This report provides information about site assignments. It includes: Site name, Worker details, overall status, site assignment date, company custom fields and Date of Birth (DOB is only viewable to users with PII permissions).

Supplier Adoption SummaryPrime Suppliers
Shows important information about your Subcontracted Workers such which Workers are assigned to specific Clients and roles. 
 
Suppliers View - Site / Supplier / Worker / Role / Requirement Detail SuppliersShows a breakdown of Workers along with their Roles and associated requirement details. The workers job title is included with the Worker's details. 
Subcontractor ReportSuppliers 
Shows all your connected Subcontractors' company name, compliance status (at both the Worker level and Subcontractor company level), and the site names the Subcontractor has been assigned to.
 
Unassigned WorkersSuppliersShows all Workers who need to be assigned to a Client site
Workers Compliance Daily ChangesClients and Suppliers 
Shows Worker status changes so you can keep on top of Workers who have become non-compliant by quickly identifying changes to their compliance status (such as when a license expires) without the need to wade through existing compliance reports to identify these changes.
 
Worker Hours On Site Clients 
Shows the total hours worked for each Supplier along with an overview of Suppliers currently most active on site. 
 
Worker Hours On Site - Detail Clients and Suppliers 
Verifies Worker check-in / out times without the need to go into each Worker profile to view their check-in / out details broken down by each individual check-in.  
 
Worker Management Inactivation Clients
Provides a comprehensive list of all inactive Workers currently assigned to a selected Client site and any sites beneath it.
